Delivery & In-Store Pickup Information

Shipping Guarantee

  • All ground orders shipped from our warehouse arrive in 2-4 business days East of the Mississippi, and 5-7 business days West of the Mississippi unless catalog indicates otherwise.
  • Orders placed Monday through 12:00 pm on Friday (EST) usually will ship Same Day.
  • Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process your orders daily, our UPS pick up is Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Policy
With only a few exceptions, we don't charge our customers extra for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay only one shipping & handling charge based on the value of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.

All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories require Air Delivery. Please call or e-mail us to find out more.

Orders containing multiple, heavy, or oversized items may require additional shipping fees.

Shipping to a different address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.

Splitting an Order between Two Shipping Addresses
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately.  Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.

How to Track Your Order
Customers will receive order status updates periodically through e-mail during the shipping process. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information.

To track your package and view its estimated arrival date:

Click Here for tracking at UPS.com and enter your tracking number provided in the "Shipping Notification" e-mail.

If your tracking status isn't immediately available, please check again in the next 12 hours.

Store Pickup

Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges – and you may be able to get your order faster.

Here's how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store.
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
  • Bring your ID, a printed receipt when you pick up your items.

Bring to the store:

  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. Printed receipt of your order
